Barry Freeman, Managing Partner, has successfully closed over 50 such assignments during the course of his 15 year investment banking career representing over $4.5 billion in cumulative enterprise value in a broad array of industries including healthcare, food/ag, business services, building products, plastics and packaging and consumer products. We are best suited to represent firms seeking at least $10 million in equity capital, or sell-side opportunities involving businesses with at least $4 million in EBITDA.
