OUR APPROACH - Private Equity

BPMB is a partnership of seasoned operating and investment executives who have built successful businesses and generated significant financial returns in a number of industry sectors. We seek to deploy our own capital in transactions. Through its Advisory Board, which is comprised of a select group of accomplished, committed individuals, BPMB leverages its ability to originate, create and manage attractive investments in privately held businesses. The advisory board actively assists the firm in sourcing and evaluating prospective investments.

We are partners with management who work collaboratively to address (i) gaps in the organization or strategy that are restraining growth, (ii) changing marketplace conditions, and/or (iii) evolving stakeholder interests. While our involvement typically takes place at the Board of Directors level, we also have the ability to participate in the day-to-day management under appropriate circumstances.
